What is Gatewalkers?

 Gatewalkers is a three season epic fantasy web-series. The plot revolves around three young people from our world who stumble into another where the villain has already won, but no-one knows it. His program of conquest by ideology has enslaved the majority of this world's peoples, and only a universally despised band of renegades holds back total domination. Our heroes, friends since childhood, find themselves divided. The young idealist sides with the empire, the others with the rebels. Now their presence has disrupted the careful balance of the world. War is imminent, a battle between soft slavery and hard freedom. A reminder that ideas have consequences, and doing good is not the same as doing right.

Welcome to Aarde, a land beset by dangers both fantastic and common. Where dragons rule the woods, elves rule the desert, and men rule the seas. But from his mountain fortress, one man rules them all. Join us as we journey from Ddinas Ser, City of the Stars, to Daksina, the Golden City of the Hashurun; from the Dragon Wastes to Talar, city of the Sea Kings. Gatewalkers is an epic fantasy told in three parts. Season 1, Conflict. Sides are chosen, events are set in motion that will determine the fate of the world. Season 2, Consequences. Our heroes walk the paths they have chosen, but the end result is not what they'd expect. Those who chose the right suffer, while those who turned against them receive power. But in the end, there's a price to be payed. Season 3, Resolution. Each path now bears its fruit, whether liberty or destruction. At long last the forces that have been set in motion meet on the last battlefield. At stake, the fate of the world. Before it is over, heroes will rise, others will fall, empires will burn, and the stars themselves will fall from the heavens. Such is the price of an idea.
