Greetings, one and all! Well, the trailer has been reviewed,
critiqued, and is back into the edit for another pass. Much research is going into
the proper steps to getting the word out about the series, on a very limited
budget. The official meeting where we work through all of this is slated for
some time before or around the release of next week’s blog.
Sunday, the team met again, and this time went back to the most fundamental aspect of swordsmanship: Footwork. What followed was an hour and a half of exercises to help everyone sync up their swords with their steps.

Then, with the onset of the rain, we retired indoors for a brief card
tournament, using a game that was invented by my brother for the Stormborn
universe. Yes, ladies and gentlemen, you heard that correctly, we actually have
rules and cards for a game within a fictional universe. That’s the level of
detail we aim for. (Or the level of nerdistry, take your pick.)
Other than
that, there were various other meetings this week that were only tangentially
film related, so not newsworthy, except to say we’re keeping busy.
Well, that’s about all for this week. Until next time!
