Doors

Greetings, one and all! This week has been chaotic, with doors opening and slamming shut in a pretty steady rhythm. Thursday, a couple opportunities opened up, among them, a request to run a swordplay session for a class of 5th graders, and a potential steady gig, that shall remain nameless for now. This directly after other avenues for support shut down. The last week has been a string of communiques, regarding both opportunities. Also, first generation stuntie Joe sent some materials for armor-making our way. Thanks, Joe!

Sunday was very wet, so we had to put project choreography on hold, and engaged in another exercise within the confines of the Solensgate set.

 

The design for certain stunt blades have been laid out, and now we await the tools and expertise to finish the job.
On top of that, we have a lead on some more actors, so we're pursuing that, as well. After a rough time of it, an uncertain start, I'm having a good feeling about this again.
