Greetings, one and all! Well, we’ve done it. As of
today, the basic framing and color correction on Block 9 has been completed! On
top of that, we’ve handled a few of the more straightforward effects in the
block. I must say, after Block 8, the many varied scenes of Block 9 seemed
relatively straightforward. Now that we’ve completed that, our focus turns to
learning the programs that will allow us to generate the remaining effects for
Blocks 8 and 9.
Sunday a smaller group met and expanded on the dueling lessons from a couple
weeks ago with two teams of two going at it, and occasionally swapping
opponents.
A good use of a mostly sunny (if a bit breezy,) day, and a solid next step in their screen combat education.
